This hall, the name of which is due to the colour of the wall coverings, is a wide room where the Senate President meets visiting delegations.

The hall is furnished with sofas and armchairs covered with red velvet and a console table with a marble top. This room is very refined, having a coffered ceiling embellished by golden elements, elegant chandeliers, the walls decorated with paintings and intricate parquet flooring.
